My Story

I’d like to welcome all of you to my site. I hope you find a place where you feel safe and a place to learn and put into practice and implement what you’ve learned to build, improve or rebuild your nest egg, so
you can live your retirement years and not only survive but thrive no matter
what comes your way. This is for financial independence for all of us. .

My STORY

I am 63 years old and for most of my life I led an uneventful life. But something happened in the last few years to make me
question the wisdom of this hitherto uneventful life.

For over 30 years, I and my husband delivered newspapers to, at one time, 3 routes. As time went on we gradually tapered down to one route that was closest to our home as we no longer got around as well as we used to. I figured we would eventually replace the income with money I made from one Internet website or another, but I got distracted, let life get in the
way, and worked on it, but froze when it came to implementing actually getting
something published. I had to work through a lot of issues that I hadn’t had
the courage to. I was coasting and I was living and depending in a dream
world.  I  did not save money for retirement, I didn’t build more streams
of income. I became complacent, and in a sense, wasted the time that I had.

Long story short, we were notified a couple of years ago, that because it was getting harder to get carriers to sign on, they were
going to take our route away and have it delivered by mail, but that we could
continue to deliver to non-subscribers. It was the start of a wake-up call. Then that also was terminated because no one wanted it.

I felt like my back was to the wall, and it was. I was no longer willing to just live on one income (we’re currently on Disability. I
could no longer live with the idea that I could depend on anything that might
disappear at any moment.

I started to resolve to start with one site, and one stream of income, then add streams that are mostly passive. I can’t live like this anymore. I’m sure most people can’t. I believe more than ever in multiple
streams of income, and not just any income, but income that is for the most
part passive. I want to add sites later, but start where I am. But sites that
have at least 3 streams of passive income.

WHY I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

I spent my life coasting and waiting for others to “come to my rescue”. That didn’t really happen.  Nor did waiting for
others’ approval of what I wanted to do with my life or start a business. I
never got either permission, support or approval.

I feel that I wasted my life waiting for others. I had a paper route; 3 actually. I did it for over 30 years and made a lot of fast
friends, but I was living in a dream world. I took things for granted. I got distracted, and didn’t save or build a nest egg. That’s not what I expected or planned for, in plain matter of fact, I didn’t plan. I don’t want that for you either. I want to start where I am and be financially independent so that I’m not at the mercy of events, or people. I don’t want to just hope, pray or have
faith that the Divine will take care of me. I want to live richly, albeit late, and start to really live.

I want to start not just helping myself, but helping others, starting by giving others hope that with multiple streams of income,
and passive streams can be the start, not the end of their life. It’s never too late until we face the final mystery: death.

We have just this life, so let’s live it to the
fullest, no matter if we retire with either no savings, not enough savings or
got conned/scammed out of their life savings. If we have to start over, why
just get a J.O.B.  Why not live it on our terms. No matter whether we feel
we deserve it or not, we do deserve it. I just don’t want others to face their
golden years at the sufferance of others, but with more than enough to live on
and to leave a legacy or even build a new legacy for those they love.

The Goal of Passive Income for Seniors

The Main goal and mission of Passive Income for Seniors is to let senior citizens know that they don’t have to spend their
golden years scrimping and saving and cutting coupons either virtually or in
the offline world to afford the things they want most in life.

You don’t have to “live on cat food”, but can be financially independent on your own  terms.

My mission is to discover different ways to build systems that, in time, amount to real income; six or seven if you want. Then to
help you stack 3 or 4 of them together. All this will be online.
